From coordinating suppliers and relocating ceremony florals to perfect timing for your cake and adapting smoothly to any last-minute weather changes, I’ll handle everything behind the scenes with a calm and considered approach — allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration.

  • An Extensive Handover meeting 4-6 weeks before, to get to know all the fine details

  • Planning meeting and wedding checklist creation

  • Venue walk through and layout plan. Attend wedding rehearsal

  • Vendor communication, management & point of contact on the day

  • Compilation of professional event brief, including detailed wedding day timeline

  • Working closely with your photographer and MC to nail your timeline

  • On the day coordination: Onsite until the end of the reception formalities.

  • We can arrange a team for full Setup/Packdown or pickups throughout the day
